I work closely with each client to customize contracts, communication preferences, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and reporting. Whether you prefer weekly check-ins, monthly reports, or specific billing workflows, I’ll tailor the process to fit your practice—not the other way around. My goal is to support you in a way that feels like a true extension of your team.
Support When You Need It
Starting March 2026, I’ll be offering all my clients access to our dedicated call center for additional support. It will be available Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM MST. This gives you an extra layer of help during busy times. You’ll still have direct communication with me, but the call center ensures you always have reliable support when you need it.
