Our primary fee structure is a transparent 7% Commission on Revenue Received. This means we only get paid when you do. Our fee is calculated as seven percent (7%) of the funds we successfully collect and post to your accounts. This model fully aligns our success with yours: we are highly motivated to maximize your collections and ensure timely payments, as our revenue is directly tied to the revenue we generate for your practice.

$500 Minimum Fee

To ensure we can maintain the highest standards of service, compliance, and staff expertise for every client, a $500 Minimum Monthly Fee applies. This minimum is not an additional charge but acts as a floor for our 7% commission. If 7% of your monthly collections exceeds $500, you only pay the 7% commission. If 7% of your monthly collections is less than $500, the fee for that month will be $500. This ensures your practice receives dedicated, uninterrupted support regardless of volume.

$999 Set Up Fee

A one-time $999 Set Up Fee is charged upon client onboarding. This fee covers the essential foundational work required to seamlessly integrate our services with your practice, including:
